It’s Labor Day Weekend friends and we’re so excited for the long weekend! Cody usually works no matter the holiday since his job has sort of a weird schedule.
We’ve got lots of home projects planned and tons of family beach trips! One thing I’ll never get tired of living in Key West is the fact that the beach is less than a mile away and we can bike to either the “east coast” or “west coast”.
DIY Arch Kit
We’ve got the archway in the kitchen we’re planning to finish up and finally paint the kitchen walls! Praise the Lord, I never thought I’d see the day. We’re hopefully, finger crossed, we can finally be finished with the kitchen by the end of September.
The $35 arch kit we used made it so incredibly easy to make our spanish arch dreams come true in the kitchen. I can’t wait to see how it turns out when we’re completely finished with it.
IKEA Finds
When we were in Miami last weekend for a baseball game we of course hit up “moms fav stores” – IKEA and Target. Target 100% disappointed this time around, mostly because college dorm and back to school items took over the entire store. I’ve never seen it like that before!
