Yes, y’all. More fall decor! This Saturday is the official first day of fall and I couldn’t be more excited for everything fall, including our minimalist fall kitchen decor. If you’re here from Alexi @seekingalex at Seeking Alexi – Welcome y’all! So happy to have you here for our fall blog hop.
Minimalist Fall Kitchen Decor
I’ve noticed over the years how there are people who decorate and people who don’t. Which one are you? If you’re like me you’ve gotten into the whole minimalist decor trend. Well it’s not so much a trend in our home as it is Liv trying to eat absolutely everything. So this year I decided to go more minimalist! (Side note: If you missed our Simple Fall Entryway be sure to check it out!)
I brought in more caramel/mustard colors with terra cotta pots and added a few neutral pumpkins here and there scattered throughout the kitchen. I opted for a fall letter board and some copper Moscow mule mugs to add to the fall theme!
A majority of the time I shop my home for decor when I want to stay in budget fr the holidays.
Tips for Fall Minimalist Decor
- Use copper kitchen ware
- Add small and/or neutral pumpkins
- Add a natural element like baskets or plants
- Use terra cota pots to bring out the fall colors
If you haven’t started decorating for fall this weekend is the perfect time to kick off all the fall activities! If you’re up for a fun fall tablescape with DIY Mud Cloth Pumpkins you’ll want to check this out! Or if you’re into a more traditional tablescape with pops of orange this will be more your style.
Now it’s time to get inspired by these 4 other wonderful DIY bloggers as they share their fall home decor inpso with y’all! Be sure to check out my friend Keki @homewithkeki at Home with Keki next!
