We are kicking off our next project and it’s NOT in our house and it’s NOT for us either! I’m so excited to give back to some dear friends of ours and create a space they love to live in! We’re giving their drab living room a modern living room upgrade! Who’s ready to see this project go down?!

Modern Living Room Upgrade Inspiration
The living room is like the heart of any home, it’s where you spend the most time and create so many memories. I’m sharing all the design Inso for our patio space below! You’ll see lots of iconic design pieces from around our own home tied into this design.
We’re channeling the classic rolled arm sofas with slipcovers that are easy to clean and family friendly. You can’t go wrong with easy to clean slipcovers! For more details on this space you can check out the Carolina Room.
A classic gallery wall with black frames with large matted photos are such a dream for any large wall! Including the light colored area rug and warm DIY coffee table!
Textiles incorporated with lots of pillows and ART! Every adult needs a piece of art friends and I can’t wait to show you what we’ve got up our sleeves!
